Executive Volkswagen of North Haven has been my go to dealership around since I bought my Tiguan a couple of years ago. I originally had an issue with my tdi Jetta and brought my car to executive instead dealership around since I bought my Tiguan a couple of years ago. I originally had an issue with my tdi Jetta and brought my car to executive instead of the other dealer I bought my car from due to bad customer service I received there. When I bought my car Skip was able to help me back then and when I was in the process of buying my Tiguan as well. Skip has helped me over the years with any mechanical issues or tuneups needed. All in all my experience with Executive has been great! Always in a timely manner, everyone is very attentive and helpful. More

They essentially stole my car for two days and told me nothing. But at least after a week the very basic work was done. And i was charged full price of course.
