Car makes a scrapping noise when backing out of garage. This noise stops when I take my foot off the brake. I brought my car in on Monday. I was told the noise was because a rear hatch was not attached cor This noise stops when I take my foot off the brake. I brought my car in on Monday. I was told the noise was because a rear hatch was not attached correctly. Tuesday morning backing out the garage the noise is still there and still stops when I release the brake. So problem was not fixed. I did not receive a text video as I have in the past. Second service on monday replacing cabin air filter was done. I am happy with this part of the repair. More

Service department did a great job servicing my truck, employee that did the work was very knowledgeable about the truck, but missing from the service video was fluids being removed from the truck. Personnel of the service department are professional, courteous also the waiting room was very clean which makes the experience very enjoyable. More

2015 Ford Escape I have to start by saying Lue Vascek was vary nice and helpful when I bought my Vehicle. About a week later I noticed my car was starting hard. The n I have to start by saying Lue Vascek was vary nice and helpful when I bought my Vehicle. About a week later I noticed my car was starting hard. The next morning dead will not start or crank. Jumped started drove 1 hour to work shut my car off and would not start again! I called Lue first to give them the chance to take care of a customer as they should. They said they would not do anything for me that they checked the battery during service and it was fine it was on me. I find this completely unacceptable 8 days after purchase. I will not be returning for service or any sales. I understand that this car is "As is" but 8 days after purchase is unacceptable and to not even offer to take care of me in any way is unacceptable. This will take a possible life long customer in to someone who will tell everyone he meets About there poor customer service. I worked at Ganley Village for 4 years as a tech and we would do anything to take care of a customer to make sure they return. That is customer service there are to many dealerships out there to go to a dealer that will not take care of it's customer. I am extremely disappointed in this experience if I could give 0 stars I would. More
