All in all a good buying experience. I know the Maverick is in high demand so understand that there is not much room for negotiation. Melvin was very good in keeping in touch and finding a way to get us interested and at a price that was reasonable. Entire staff was very friendly and easy to work with. I would recommend Windward Ford and will use them for future Ford purchases. More

The new management is definitely making a huge difference, Angela (the GM) is making so many changes for the better, the biggest is the brand new off site service center that will allow them to fi difference, Angela (the GM) is making so many changes for the better, the biggest is the brand new off site service center that will allow them to finally provide quality service in a timely fashion and free up much needed space on the lot. The showroom is getting a face-lift and being updated and there is now a lot of new staff who actually seem to want to be there. When you walk in the store now you can actually feel the difference in the air, people greet you with a smile, make you feel welcome and don't make you feel like just another customer. We now own two Fords, an Explorer and a Mach E and dont dread taking the car in for service now. I would definitely recommend that if you are looking for a car to give Windward Ford a chance. I am glad I did. More
