We were from Oklahoma, traveling back from Washington DC, when our brand NEW Honda Van with less than 3000 miles on it, went totally dead and would not restart or jump! We had it towed to the dealership. when our brand NEW Honda Van with less than 3000 miles on it, went totally dead and would not restart or jump! We had it towed to the dealership. They got us in, THE SAME DAY, and fixed the problem, which required a brand new battery, as the battery that came with our NEW car, must have been defective or a lemon!!! That day, half their dealership had NO ELECTRICITY, but they checked it out anyway, and discovered our new car battery was defective. They replaced it, and got us back on the road to Oklahoma. The car was under full warranty! They were very nice. More
