Waited 3 hours for a run flat slow leak. I was told 1 1/2 hours. Never updated on the progress. They replaced the tire. 3 hours to replace a tire. The female service clerk who advised I was told 1 1/2 hours. Never updated on the progress. They replaced the tire. 3 hours to replace a tire. Mark was a great person. He did what he could to help us. No complaints. Great job. About the dealer itself, didn't had a great experience. I bought a used car, 2017, different brand then lexus, after my car been total after an accident decide to buy the same car brand, which found at their dealership. After 2 weeks when we finally got the car had 2 big issues, car beeing in park pops up a message "shift the car in park" and a big noise from rear driver side when making left turn. Found out that one was rear driver side sway bar link is broken and rubbing on axel. Question to the inspection team, how did this car passed the inspection in your garage with this big safety problems? Thanks Mark got an arrangement with service department and scheduled it for replacement all this problems. And by the way, they treat you like nobody if you came in with no Lexus, kind "here is a lexus service, why you're here", long short story to until finally they understood that this is the car from their dealership, really bad customer service from person at 7am at the service department. (By the way i own a lexus as well) And now, another problem, since end of the june when i got my car and now is September, take out august month of no driving beeing away on vacation, real drive is been not even 2 months, i guess is thermostat need to be replaced. What a big frustration.... Never going to comeback at that dealer anymore. And that financial manager Brandon, who taught that you can talk to people that way????? You're in customer service business, you have to treat everyone the same, is not nice from a manager to hear words "because i said so", and his attitude...like treating us like i don't know.... me and my wife was feeling very uncomfortable at that point. I was almost about to cancel the deal completely, my wife just stopped me. I had few cars in my life bought, dealing with dealership, but like this experience with Ira Danvers lexus, never ever had. More
