This is our second time purchasing a vehicle from Ira Lexus. Mark Gordon, was our salesperson both times, first time in 2015 and 2024. I found that to be amazing! This is my first Lexus . Ira has been great to deal with. Loved the Valet service for my 10,000 mi oil change. (wish I had been told about it earlier, I had to reschedule two Ira has been great to deal with. Loved the Valet service for my 10,000 mi oil change. (wish I had been told about it earlier, I had to reschedule two times before I was advised they offer valet service ) They brought me a Loaner to use. It was a car and instead of an SUV like mine. The car was very low to the ground ..tough to get into when you’re older) But overall a good experience! More
