When I arrived, Mark saw me coming and was at the door before I was up the steps. He was friendly, curteous and prepared to show me the vehicles. Within 15 minutes I had my car picked out and test driving! Extremely, appreciative of his consideration of my time and interests. Next step was closing the deal paperwork.
