Great Experience Recently my wife and I decided to look to purchase a new vehicle. We had a lot of ideas of what we might be interested in but no clear direction. Aft Recently my wife and I decided to look to purchase a new vehicle. We had a lot of ideas of what we might be interested in but no clear direction. After a couple weeks of looking and working with various others salesman (some good some bad) we stopped in to O’Daniel Chrylser Dodge Jeep Ram. Mark was a great help in finding the best vehicle for my wife and me. O’Daniel had a number of nice vehicles for us to choose at a very fair price. Mark was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and after just a short time with him he seemed to know what we wanted even better than we did. He picked some models of cars we had not yet looked at that we really liked. We test drove several vehicles, asked tons of questions, and he helped us pick the perfect one for us. Mark listened to us, was knowledgeable, patient, not pushy, and was fun. It was a great experience and my wife and I could not be happier with our new purchase. Thanks Mark and O’Daniel! Sales experience great, financing experience a nightmare. Mark was great to work with. Unfortunately my financing experience was far from satisfactory. The interest rate I ended up with was much higher than e Mark was great to work with. Unfortunately my financing experience was far from satisfactory. The interest rate I ended up with was much higher than expected. I had two follow ups with the finance person as some paperwork was not given me to sign on the day I purchased my vehicle. I discovered the vehicle was leaking oil and took it to a Honda dealer (the vehicle was still under warranty) and it was discovered that the lug nut on the oil pan was not properly tightened from the oil change done at O'Daniel. More
