Three separate individuals gave Mark a thumbs up recommendation, each one had heard from the other. This truly was a word of mouth referral. I called the dealership to see if he was working that evening and if he could talk with me. He was going to be there and I met him immediately after work. He patiently listened to my needs and we found a great fit for me. Josh in financing was also very patient and helped me navigate the world of loans.
