I scheduled my maintenance service and needed new tires. I worked with Chris from the service department, he was friendly and knowledgeable. If I could leave 10 stars I would! In an age where customer service is hard to come by, Danny takes the lead of making sure his customers are fully taken care of. He not only brings In an age where customer service is hard to come by, Danny takes the lead of making sure his customers are fully taken care of. He not only brings his extreme care and expertise, he makes sure everything works out and brings incredible value to the customer. I’ve been working with Mazda of Elk Grove since 2020 when I bought my car, and every-time I look forward to working with Danny knowing I don’t have to worry about a thing. Recently I had to replace my transmission (I drive a ton for work!) and where this could usually be a stressful situation, Danny made sure everything would work out just fine. He was able to get the transmission from Japan to ship a month sooner and had it installed quickly with delicate care. I never had to worry about a rental car, Danny made sure I had a loaner the entire time free of charge, and this took away the major pressure I could have had since I needed a backup vehicle for work. Aside the transmission work, if something failed under warranty, he would have me covered, along with any normal service I needed over the lifespan of this car. I’ve had many cars before and have worked with other dealers, and I’m happy to say I don’t need to go anywhere else, I know I’ll be taken care of here. I run a business myself and I can recognize quality care, and when Danny takes the lead I have nothing to worry about knowing I’ll be done right. More
