The service department at Hawk Ford of St. Charles is great. Everything went smoothly. I was given a ride to my chiropractor and was able to take care of myself at the same time. Great people with good knowledge of the industry, but to slow. I send a lot of trucks there with an appointment and on average it takes 1.5 hours for a oil change with tire rotation.
