First maintenance visit; oil change and tire rotation. Waited two hours for an oil change. Never met or encountered the service technician Mario that's who was assigned to me. Never received any sort of communication or status update on the car. Had to inquire the counter to find out the car was finished but no one ever informed me. Not a great service experience! More
