I am giving a 5 star because the service adviser was very helpful and informative. One thing that definitely could have been improved was why didn't the technicians check my tire depth first especially since helpful and informative. One thing that definitely could have been improved was why didn't the technicians check my tire depth first especially since it is a Friday? If they had checked it first they would have found one of my tires had a tread depth of 3/32 meaning I needed a new tire. If they had checked it first I could have had all of my services completed in one visit. Now I have to take another remote day just so I can get one tired replaced. This could have been all easily avoided if they had done the obvious checking of the tire first when I dropped off the car because they would have ordered the tire before the cut off and put it on in the afternoon! Other then this the service was great as usual! More
