I scheduled my Jetta TDI for routine service and informed the Service Advisor that the engine light was on. I was informed that their only Diesel specialist was out on vacation and wouldn't be back until Mon the Service Advisor that the engine light was on. I was informed that their only Diesel specialist was out on vacation and wouldn't be back until Monday and I would have to leave my car. I requested that the Check Engine Code Reader be used so I can determine the issue. At this point, this is where things went south quickly. The Service Advisor should have proceeded with the oil change & engine code diagnostic while I waited. I know my TDI better than some members of my family. The car was driveable and not in any danger. Instead, I was told that I would still have to wait until Monday and a Lyft was ordered. At that point, I should have just took my keys and left, but felt trapped and just left with the Lyft. I called back asking that the code be read so that I can do my research and determine whether I want Diirto Brothers to service my car. I received a call from the Service Advisor stating that she did research about the code. I just wanted the code so I could do my own research and digest the issue. At this point, I just said its best the car stays. On Monday, a multi-point inspection was done and I received a recommendation on what should be addressed and approved the service. I was told the parts would be in on Wednesday and car fixed on Thursday. By Friday, no communication. No communication on Saturday. I call on Monday about the status of my car and was told that two text messages were sent on Thursday. If the owner (that has been getting her car serviced there for 10 years & bought her 2nd car there) didn't respond by Friday, shouldn't protocol be to send an email or call on Saturday or next business day? Eventually, I pick up my car to discover that a light bulb that is out wasn't replaced. How that was missed during a multi-point inspection and it sitting there for two weeks is beyond me. Going forward, my TDI will go to VW Fairfield. More

Well, I thought it would be another day of wait for our vehicle but it's not. Marina did a service recovery by offering me a courtesy car in which I was able to do my appointment.
