I have been with the Key Auto Group since 2007. I love how we do business. The owner told me a long time ago that if you take care of your customers and your employees your business will take care of itself. I just moved to Rockland to be the GM. I am from the Freeport area originally. (Pownal) I love mid-coast Maine and am especially drawn to the ocean. That's likely where you'll find me if I'm not here. My goal is always to provide a great experience to our customers and employees.

I took my wife's car in for a noise in front end,they said it was trailing arm bushings and lateral links in rear end.I then took the car to another garage and told them to check it out,they said the rea said it was trailing arm bushings and lateral links in rear end.I then took the car to another garage and told them to check it out,they said the rear end parts were all solid,Key Ford charged us $90 some odd dollars for nothing!!!! More

I was very unhappy I only received 1 key on a used vehicle purchase. I have worked at a dealership before and if the car was taken in on trade with 1 key we would make one up at no charge to customer. vehicle purchase.
