Candice, This is Marco Buscaglia, Managing Partner here at Mazda Roseville. I understand we replaced your tires at no cost and you were working with Bobby to discuss brake warranty coverage recently. There are certain specs that brakes need to fall under to qualify for the warranty which we communicated with you. I also understand you had a different shop replace the brakes for you, which left us with no options to try and cover those components through warranty. You did not replace my tires. You replaced one tire that your shop tech broke the valve stem on. Just wanted to make sure this was accurate information. As far as the rotars, not my breaks, they are a known defect with Mazda and your shop provided the wrong information, which required me up go elsewhere. You denied my request to be given credit for the value that should have been done by Mazda, but you denied it due to a 3min time stamp on an email. You should respond with accurate information. Thank you.
