This time, I think you all should be aware of how Mazda (San Juan Capistrano, CA.) positively addressed an issue I had with my 2021 Mazda CX-5. During this fix, they needed to keep my car for a few days to assure how to fix the performance issue I had. They spent no time listening and then offered me a loaner vehicle until they corrected the issue. It's not just the high-quality product that impresses me, it's how they handled this process.
