Went back three times to fix the same issue. Last time was during my vacation and I was three hours away. Not happy at all with the way the service department did not inform me that the second attempt was was during my vacation and I was three hours away. I believe the instruments to identify Check Engine Light could have offered up all the diagnostic codes instead of by a process of elimination to make my repair bill more manageable.. I believe the technic could have offered up all the diagnostic codes instead of by a process of elimination to make my repair bill more manageable.. I believe the technicians should do a holistic diagnosis for check engine light., especially for an old car. This indicates a lack of knowledge for older cars. I spent approx $6,600 and made three visits to diagnose and repair a check engine light which was blinking. I had an aftermarket catalytic converter purchased from Amazon on my can. This had t be replaced. Therefore I should advise this seller on Amazon that this part is not a suitable replacement. More

The sales rep that I spoke with, via phone, was very helpful and quickly got my order in. Dropping off the car was super easy and the staff was friendly and prompt. Picking was a different story. The woman behind the counter was rude and made me feel like I was very much a nuisance to her. Though I barely said three sentences to her. She was not the same attendant I had worked with previously. I will note that it seemed to realized her attitude and slightly adjusted her tone and gave me a somewhat apology. I also am not a fan of them not giving you a flat fee for installation. They know exactly now long routine installations take and I was charge OVER the 1 hour service but under 2 hours. How do I know it took that long? I almost argued it but honestly had to get back to work. More
