Had 2 keys made. They reprogrammed the key codes for car without telling us or making sure that they all the keys. Disaster. I couldn't figure out why the car wouldn't start with the key I was given the d without telling us or making sure that they all the keys. Disaster. I couldn't figure out why the car wouldn't start with the key I was given the day I bought the car. We wound up having the car towed to the dealer, had to miss half a day of work. Then they didn't call me for two days, I called them and they said they wanted to try more keys so my wife had to take an Uber there with more keys. She got there at 5:10 and they said they were closing so she had to go back again the next day. It turns out that they can't make more than 4 keys for a car so we got a refund for the key that they couldn't make. When we asked to have keys made, they should have: - Asked how many we had (3) and told us it was impossible to make 2 more. - Not reprogrammed the car without making sure that they had all of our keys to reprogram. - For future models of Subaru, it would be nice if cars were built so they could be started with a $4 key copy made at Home Depot. More
