Totally dissatisfied as the problem with the air conditioning with my Touring Edition is still not functioning improperly, and I have gone though the whole summer with air conditioner that barely pu conditioning with my Touring Edition is still not functioning improperly, and I have gone though the whole summer with air conditioner that barely puts out anything, does not chill down, makes a low humming noise like there is a fan on, and has to be turned all the way up to have it cool down the car. I have spoken to service 4 times that there is something wrong, and they did replace one part and the AC worked. The next day it was the "same old, same old" and I contacted Marc in Service. Marc is outstanding, and I could not ask for anyone better....this is a diagnostic issue for the mechanics, and this is the SECOND TIME with this part, with the first time a recall on that AC part. As a 8 time Subaru purchaser, I believe I deserve a little better in fixing a cooling system in a 40k car. My name is Steve C., and I did tell Marc on the phone I would be making this comment. Once again, this is not a Marc issue....this is a mechanics issue. I have to again unsettle my day in dropping a car off, waiting, and arranging to get back to the dealership. I want this to be brought to the attention of management there. Yes, I am upset as my wife and I have sweated our way back from Irvington, NY each and everyday during the summer. More
