my first lease was up and everyone that i dealt with in regards to returning the old and getting the new were fantastic. they answered all my questions no matter how naive they may have been. i received t regards to returning the old and getting the new were fantastic. they answered all my questions no matter how naive they may have been. i received this kind of service even after i had a few weeks prior postponed my return because me and my wife wanted to look and see if there was any other type of car we may have wanted. Mark (my sales associate) was a tremendous help. he couldnt have made this transition any easier. More

I have bought several vehicles from Tom's Ford and each time has been a pleasant experience. This car was for my son and Marc spent his time answering all the questions we had to make my son comfortable in time has been a pleasant experience. This is the second vehicle that we have leased from Tom's Ford. I would highly recommend them to anyone purchasing a vehicle. The staff is not only knowledgeable but extremely friendly. Previously I visited other dealers in the area but working with Mark I was able to recieve much more for less. Once the vehicle arrived Mark stayed in touch not only till I had the truck in my possesion but has called numerous times to be sure I am satisfied. Every time Mark checked with me he made sure he wasn't being a bother but actually went out of his way to make sure all items were to my satisfaction. Because of how I was treated by Mark, in the future when I am in the market for a vehicle I will not only return to Tom's Ford but I wil insist on having Mark as my salesman. I am 60 years old and have purchased many cars in my life but have never had such a pleasent experience. Not only am I thanful to Mark but my hat's off to him for such a great experience. The team at Tom's were true to their word. I had a long wait for my SVT Raptor to be built and delivered. The price they gave me for my trade in was what I wanted, and although the trade in price was made wait for my SVT Raptor to be built and delivered. In a world that a hand shake seems like it isn't enough, it is at Tom's Ford. My salesman Marc Brennan was the best. I love my Raptor it is more than I expected! We just purchased a 2007 Ford Edge and had a great experience at Tom's Ford. Our sales rep, Marc Brennan was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. This is my second time using Scott Nussbaum and Toms Ford. I came back to lease new vehicle when my current lease was expired simply because they are great; the customer service is superb and the dealer Ford. I currently live 30 minutes away in Northern NJ, but never mind the drive to Keyport as I love Toms Ford. I also worked with Marc Brennan(sales rep) who was also very friendly, professional and he went out of his way to insure I was satisfied with my purchase and insured the process was painless... This was my second time working with Scott Nussbaum and my first time working with Marc Brennan. I look forward to working with them over and over and over with all of my vehicle purchases. If I moved 2 hours away, I would still use Toms Ford. As a result of the great customer service, I am also currently referring my Co-worker for a Purchase!! I had a great experience at Tom's Ford. I visited other dealerships before going to Tom's because they were in closer proximity to my home and work. By far, I was most comfortable at Tom's. It was a very pleasant experience. I think it is important to feel comfortable right away with the person you are working with, and I had this experience with Marc at Tom's. Also, from my experiences, the way a dealership takes care of itself reflects in how they treat their customers. Tom's Ford has individual cubicles for their salespeople to discuss matters with their customers. The dealership is clean, and very presentable. Very honestly, it is the nicest dealership I have ever been in. When I walked in for the first time, the waiting area was very nice and the clients all looked very relaxed, calm, and many were interacting with the workers as if they had known them for a very long time. On the outside, the dealership is very organized. You do not get the feeling that you are in a mess of cars. When it came time for me to pick up my Escape, Marc showed me the service area. Tom's Ford puts you on a color team, and you are assigned a personal service manager. The service area was immaculate. I have never seen anything like it. It was amazing to see how organized the "drive up" service lines were and how well thought out the service department was. All in all, Tom's Ford is a highly respectable place to do business. My experiences the finance manager, Scott, were great as well. Again, I felt at ease. It was very nice to hear he was with his company for over 20 years--that says something as well for Tom's Ford. Tom's Ford is a great place to find your new car. More
