Mr. Marc Brennan did an excellent job form the minute I walked into the Dealership. He was professional , courteous and non aggressive. Marc Treated as a person not a potential sale. I have been in sales for 15 years , in multiple capacities from sales apprentice to a Sr. Director of Sales responsible for all of Long Island running two teams of sales professionals. Marc was interested in my needs. Exploring what my needs are and why I need the vehicle ,the Escape Limited, I was interested in purchasing . Marc was a consultative professional helping me to get the best vehicle to meet my needs . Marc accompanied me on my test ride of both the 4 cylinder & the 6 cylinder vehicles. Marc realized the importance of my time and help to expedite the forward movement of my purchase of my 2012 Ford , Escape Limited. After my vehicle was prepped and ready for me to drive away. Marc invested 40 minutes with me giving a thorough understanding of the operation and functionality of my new 2012 Ford , Escape Limited. I will highly recommend the Tom's Ford Dealership in Keyport and I will personally refer clients to Mr. Marc Brennan. Being a Sales professional for 15 years I have learned that a man's "INTERGITY" is the only thing he truly owns. Marc is a man of "INTEGRITY" . We came in to test drive a new Ford Escape or Edge and were interested in leasing or financing, whichever would be cheaper.. Got a call from Marc after he saw my interest on the website. Toms Ford was the 4th dealer we had been to that week and quite frankly at that point we were tired and leery of sleazy salespeople who just want to get you in the door and then lie about what they have. As soon as we entered Toms Ford and met Marc, we could see this would be a different experience. From the comfortable waiting room with TV and the coffee/hot chocolate machine, not to mention the friendly receptionist, this was already like going from black and white to color. Marc greeted us and within minutes had a 2012 Ford Escape waiting for us to test. My husband, myself and Marc all got in the car and I drove it for a few blocks. All the while, Marc was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered anything we asked about it. In the end, we felt although it was a decent car, we just wanted something a little roomier and with better pickup. We asked about the AWD Edge and Marc said it was not such a huge gap in price, so it is worth looking at. We said we didnt have time to test it that day as we needed to get home for our son and Marc was totally fine with that and said come back whenever you want.We promised we would be back in the morning and the next morning he had the 2012 Edge waiting for me to test. We instantly loved it and again, Marc was able to explain all of the aspects of it, even the confusing touch screen computer system. We sat down with Marc and Alex the sales manager with some numbers and within an hour, we agreed on a price for a monthly lease for 24 months including trading in our car to them.it was exactly what we could afford and we left happy, knowing Marc would be on the lookout for a black Edge for me since I wanted that color and they didn't have it on the lot He did call me in a couple of days to say he located one and within a week, I was picking up my new 2012 tuxedo black metallic AWD 6 cyl Edge with only 95 miles on it (they drive it from NY from another dealer) A couple of days later, I was back there signing papers and all went really smoothly. There was not one penny on the contracts that differed from the amounts we discussed. Keith in finance explained everything to me perfectly and within a couple of hours I drove the car home. The next day I had an issue syncing my cell with the computer in the car so we drive it into the service department to check it out. Sue,my service manager did all she could to correct the issue but the only solution was to reset the system which they did. Needless to say, I was upset that the car had already had an issue in less than 24 hours. Both Alex's in service jumped to my rescue and called a rental car to take me and my husband home so that their general manager could have time to look at the car the next day and see if he could do something for us. Well by the time we got home, I got a call from Larry Doremus Sr, the VP and general manager asking me what happened. What struck me was that Larry was home on his day off and took that time to call me. He could have easily waited until he was in the office the next day but he chose to reach out to us sooner than that which made a big impression on us. Long story short, we met with Larry the next day and he did everything he could to make things right with us and keep us as happy customers. We are keeping our Edge and so far we are very happy with that decision. I also need to personally recommend Toms Ford of Keyport and especially Marc Brennan, Larry Doremus Sr, Al and Al in sales, Keith in Finance and Sue in Service . If you are looking to buy or lease a car, don't bother going anywhere else but Toms Ford of Keyport. More

I buy a new car every 2-3 years, so I have many dealership experiences under my belt. The experience I had yesterday at Tom's Ford in Keyport, NJ was by far, one of the best experiences I have had dealership experiences under my belt. The experience I had yesterday at Tom's Ford in Keyport, NJ was by far, one of the best experiences I have had. Tom's is not my local dealership, as I live in Staten Island, NY. However, I heard of their reputation, and after visiting my local dealership, I decided to take the short 30 minute trip over the bridge to Jersey. Well, let me tell you, it was well worth the experience. First, the phone experience with Charlie, the internet salesman, was excellent. He was well informed and made everything clear to me. Then when I arrived, I was greeted at the door by Marc Brennan, and the car was ready for a test drive. The car and the terms were exactly what they described to me over the phone. The trade in value on my vehicle more than pleased me, and the overall courtesy and professionalism of Marc Brennan, my salesman, were everything you could want but don't usually get in a new car dealer experience. The car was prepped thoroughly, Marc explained everything clearly about the car, the service area was shown and the procedures explaineded, and the bottom line on the deal beat any other proposal I had received at other dealships. Ford Motor Co. should be proud of this dealership, as they set the example of what every dealership should be. I highly recommend Tom's Ford and their salesman Marc Brennan! More

I would recommend Toms Ford because of the curtesy and I would recommend Toms Ford because of the curtesy and way they handled our transaction. My experience at Tom's Ford was so pleasant and enjoyable. Mark and Charles were my rock that made sure that I got the car that Iwanted and with all the goodies that come with it. I was very pleased with sales person Marc Brennan whom I dealt with in my new car lease. He has made what is usually a very stressful and tedious process a very pleasant experience. Marc was not high pressure, answered all my questions about the vehicle I was interested in, and took the time to show me different models to fit into my price range. Also, after I had completed the transaction, Marc fully explained how to use all the features in the car and answered all my questions. I wanted to purchase a 2011 Fusion Hybrid and when I went to the delership, I dealt with Marc who was very friendly and knowledgeble about the model I wanted. Although his dealership did not have one on the to the delership, I dealt with Marc who was very friendly and knowledgeble about the model I wanted. Although his dealership did not have one on the lot, he searched around and found exactly what I wanted at a dealership in Maryland. He arranged to have it shipped here and I got the car in 2 days.
