Very easy and convenient to book the service. Short wait at the service area. Received a ride to work within 15 minutes. Received a phone call a few hours after dropping off the car with an estimate of the at the service area. Received a ride to work within 15 minutes. Received a phone call a few hours after dropping off the car with an estimate of the repairs and explanation of each. Very professional and personable. Car was ready by 5:00 pm for pickup. I have been a patron of Gunn Honda dealership since 2009 and did not buy my CR-V there but get amazing trustworthy service every time. I feel like this is the most honest car repair/maintenance business I have ever dealt with in my 45 years of owning vehicles. More

Manny in the service dept. Is the best service manager by far. Attention to detail and accessible to communicate during vehicle service makes each service time outstanding. Do not chose Gunn Honda. My family has 5 different Honda’s and Gunn Honda would not be a place where I would ever spend my money. Needed to bring in my car for a recall and called multiple times only Honda’s and Gunn Honda would not be a place where I would ever spend my money. Needed to bring in my car for a recall and called multiple times only to have to leave a message. Everything took me 6 months to finally get it done with Honda constantly mailing me how urgent it was to get it done. I would go service my car anywhere else but here. They do not care about the customer or their safety and just care about making money. More
