I'm happy to have chosen Pedder Nissan to purchase my 32015 Toyota Camry SE. However, once I returned home, I noticed a few I should have checked before leaving the dealership/ They are: 1. Hood release 32015 Toyota Camry SE. However, once I returned home, I noticed a few I should have checked before leaving the dealership/ They are: 1. Hood release inside the vehicle will not release and open the hood 2. Keys do not lock or unlock doors 3. A P0164 error code (O2 sensor default?) is brought up on a vehicle code reader Currently, I have a TUE 10/10/2023 service appointment to address these issues. Thank you. More

They tried to make me pay $1,200 above the advertised price for paint protection and an alarm that they say they already install on all of there vehicles. I ended up paying 600 because I did not want to price for paint protection and an alarm that they say they already install on all of there vehicles. I ended up paying 600 because I did not want to argue with them any more. It is not legal to make someone pay above the advertised price. What a poor choice for a dealership to take advantage of people like that. Beyond that they made me fill out a contract at an insane interest rate in case my check bounced. Not a rate that I would qualify for based on my credit a rate they pulled out of the air like 14% or something. So be careful. More

I just drove to Pedder Nissan This morning after talking to Alondra on the phone to confirm that the car I was interested in was on the lot and still available, She said it was and to come in and took my in to Alondra on the phone to confirm that the car I was interested in was on the lot and still available, She said it was and to come in and took my info, Name & Phone #. I arrive at the Dealership an hour later and the car is not on the lot, So I went over by the salesman and they basically ignored me, One guy was the Bald Sales Manager and then their was this short gut with a baseball hat on the 3rd was Black hair with blond streaks in it. They were talking about xxxxxxxx and some about their grandparents and more stuff for over 10 minutes and I was standing right next to them and they never acknoledged me. Then they just turned and walked into the dealership. I was thinking about If I was their boss I would not be very long. So I asked another Salesman inside that already had a customer and he checked with the sales manager and then told me it was a trade in and it had not gone throught their inspection yet. He would not show me the car or tell me when it would be or if it was going to be available. So as I wasted 2 plus hours on a Sturday and drove my truck 100+ to see the car I asked him to repay my cost and got no Reply. He was nice enough though. I would never walk on that property again in my life unless it was to Key the side of a couple cars for wasting my time. The Sales manager and those 2 salesman should be fired but thats probably why they work at NIssan! More
