I have purchased a lot of vehicles from Steingold, and based on this and prior experiences will not buy a Volvo anywhere else. As always, zero pressure and none of the 'I have to ask my manager'. Steingold is very customer oriented, and all questions asked were answered and explained. Salespeople are very easy to work with and no pressure to make a decision. This is the first Volvo I have bought, and I was convinced that the team at Steingold were the one's I wanted to make my first purchase from. Dealing with Mike Bernardo from the sales team I felt wa convinced that the team at Steingold were the one's I wanted to make my first purchase from. Dealing with Mike Bernardo from the sales team I felt was truly honest, knowledgeable and was exceptionally willing to work with me. Speaking with others there from the service department and managers, convinced me that this was the only Volvo dealership I wanted to deal with. It was more like dealing with friends then dealing with a business. Thank you Steingold Volvo for one of the best automobile buying experiences I have ever had. More

My experience with Steingold Volvo and their family was fabulous. From the start of ordering for an Overseas delivery to planning pick-up in Sweden and arrival of my vehicle in the US, they have done a re fabulous. From the start of ordering for an Overseas delivery to planning pick-up in Sweden and arrival of my vehicle in the US, they have done a remarkable job. This complicated task was made easier by Mike and his team. I have done Euro delivery of Porsche and BMW in the past, Volvo is the easiest to arrange with. Mike knows his thing. He also responds to my emails quickly. Excellent customer service. More
