Everyone we had contact with at Steingold was very friendly. Brian is personable and was patient with us as we were trading in a 2011 Volvo S80 and upgrading to 2025 XC60 plug in hybrid. We had a lot friendly. Brian is personable and was patient with us as we were trading in a 2011 Volvo S80 and upgrading to 2025 XC60 plug in hybrid. We had a lot to learn with the advancements in technology. We never felt pressured and were happy to give Brian our business. Also Robby in the service department had serviced my prior 2 Volvos over the course of 20 years and had recently made the move to Steingold. I was thrilled to disvovet that Robby was at Steingold!
