On 7/20/24 I went to Kia Pensacola Auto to purchase my retirement vehicle. I was greeted by salesman Malik W. He was very nice, helpful and patient due to the fact I couldn’t make up my mind on the style retirement vehicle. I was greeted by salesman Malik W. He was very nice, helpful and patient due to the fact I couldn’t make up my mind on the style of vehicle. He explained the features, rebates and total price after pulling each vehicle to the front of the building. Once I decided on a vehicle he started paperwork. Next I was greeted by Manager Neil P who assured me that everything Malik had discussed was accurate. He also made sure that I was comfortable with the final price. Next I met with Tim M who finalized all paperwork. Each one of these men made me feel at ease even though I ease signing my life away… Lol. My first Kia was purchased back in 2020 and now I have been blessed to upgrade to the 2024 Kia Sportage. Their slogan “We wanna see ya in a Kia!” And I will forever own a Kia! More
