Luis always takes great of me! I called him asking him to schedule an oil change for me. He asked when I wanted to bring my vehicle in. I told him 1st available slot. He said “ how about today, I can get that done for you”. Not only did he get me in 2 hours after I called but he recommended some services and offset the cost with my Ford Pass Points. I received a prompt reply to my online inquiry. They verified the vehicle was still available and transferred me to Glenn. DePaula Ford, and it's sales representatives Haroon and Nick, were very helpful throughout a difficult sales process. Haroon directed me to the appropriate 2024 Maverick XLT model to meet my needs. After that sale was held up due to a stop sale order, Haroon kept me appraised of it's status, and Nick later directed me to an appropriate 2025 model as a substitute. Nick was professional, helpful and efficient in concluding my purchase. I found all of the sales team at DePaula to be wonderful to work with, and would gladly recommend DePaula Ford to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle. More

Luis is the best service advisor at Depaula Ford! I stopped in last week without an appointment to get an oil change and tire rotation. The sale was more my doing then their 's. There was very little discount where I expected more given the end of the month and season. The 2025 models are coming out now. I am still not sure about some aspects of the truck. I was not briefed on benefits going forward until I asked. I asked for an earlier appointment to rap up the deal. I was made to wait. Time will tell if the truck meets my expectations. Free car washes going forward might be a nice benefit. More
