Even after bringing my car to show issue I had with oil level light, service guy told me it was all good, I asked again to check the car during my regular oil change service and mechanic/ service guy he sa level light, service guy told me it was all good, I asked again to check the car during my regular oil change service and mechanic/ service guy he said it was all good. On same day after I picked up my car from service, I took it back to show oil level low light is on right after servicing please check. Still they didn't find anything and told me no issues with car you are good. And now my car is broken down and Hyundai mechanic is not able to figure out what is going on. I hope dealership have better mechanic who have some basic understanding of how engine works for their own cars. Horrible experience and I ended up with broken car because of your mechanics who don't know how to fix cars. More

This dealership has been consistent in both repairing recall updates and diagnosing and fixing electrical issues. They are excellent. Unfortunately, the problem I had with the rear cargo carpeting has go recall updates and diagnosing and fixing electrical issues. They are excellent. Unfortunately, the problem I had with the rear cargo carpeting has gone unrepaired because the manufacturer of the replacement materials is no longer in business. I wish Hyundai, not Ziegler, would find a solution. More

Chad was very helpful and informative of how things were going with my car. I have been using this dealership for service of my Hyundai for over 2 years and I've never had a bad experience compared to so ma going with my car. I have been using this dealership for service of my Hyundai for over 2 years and I've never had a bad experience compared to so many other dealers. The people of this dealership tried 10 times harder to give the best service than anywhere I've ever gone and I've had a lot of cars. This would be the number one reason to buy a car from this dealer. It's unfortunate that I've bought cars from dealerships that I've had to take elsewhere for service because of the poor quality. Ziegler Hyundai of Racine has the kindest and most helpful people I've ever worked with at a car dealership, I seriously wish I had the same service with my Honda! More
