I typically don’t do these surveys, and definitely not when it comes to dealers. But I will say I was thoroughly impressed with my experience at White Bear Acura Subaru. This was my second oil change v when it comes to dealers. But I will say I was thoroughly impressed with my experience at White Bear Acura Subaru. This was my second oil change visit. And it went much better than the first(complimentary) service. It took a little under and hour and I also got my front passenger carpets cleaned(which was done very well). The thing I liked the most was their communications system. I received both an email and a text letting me know my car was ready, instead of having to wait for an agent to come get me/inform me of this. Maybe it’s because I’m a younger adult, but things like that are very appealing to me, speed and update methods of communication are a must in this day and age. Tried to get information on resetting my TPMS monitor system and could not get anyone in service to talk to me, just transferred me to scheduling twice. Went to Tires Plus and they reset it for free in system and could not get anyone in service to talk to me, just transferred me to scheduling twice. Went to Tires Plus and they reset it for free in 5 minutes. Big service difference! More
