Semi friendly dealer. Salesman tried to get me to sign a backup contract, when I was paying with a pre-approved check from my credit union, said it was a requirement (not Salesman tried to get me to sign a backup contract, when I was paying with a pre-approved check from my credit union, said it was a requirement (not true). Also, wanted to get a copy of my dd214, I asked why, he said, just to have it for our records (also a lie, they don't need it). Added a couple accessories to the vehicle and they wanted me to leave without them being installed. Talked to the GM who said I will be making his people stay late...and that he was going to lose money with my sale, xxx, if you are losing money, how and why are you selling me the vehicle then? Had to argue with them for at least 2 hours and threatened to leave because they were adamant about completing a credit application and a back up contract. The main seller (Alejandro) was nice, no complains about him. They lack general knowledge about the product they're selling. Couldn't answer a simple question about towing capacity, engine specs, and general specs on the vehicle. More

I wouldn't go to any other dealership, well respected, got me all the answer they workered hard as a team to get me into a vehicle, they worked with on the price of vehicle, when everything other dealer got me all the answer they workered hard as a team to get me into a vehicle, they worked with on the price of vehicle, when everything other dealerships were giving me the around. Unfortunately, my experience at Honda has been very bad. I have left crying multiple times and no one seems to ever want to help. Sales people are really good at getting you into a car, but once you’re into I have left crying multiple times and no one seems to ever want to help. Sales people are really good at getting you into a car, but once you’re into a car, They never wanna help with anything after even if the damages were their fault. They refused to help. I will never refer anyone to go to Honda and I will not be returning. More
