At no time he exercised pressure for me to buy the car. I went home and the next day I was called with an offer. He steered me through the right persons. His goal was for me to be satisfied with my decision. I met Ron Wright who made it happened. As I told him “he was the right man to discuss price.” It took me more than one visit, checking cars, asking questions, working out the right price and it only took one test drive to love the car. Captain Kirk is very knowledgeable about his cars and its technology. He was very patient teaching me the various wireless programs and functionalities of the equipment of the 2018 Honda CRV-EX and the many benefits Brandon Honda offers. The Finance Dept is a bit more aggressive. I got sick and Captain Kirk drove me to my daughter’s home. I am very satisfied with my Honda after 38 yrs of driving Toyotas.
