I recently bought a ford expedition max 2021. The listed price on carguru was 35k, no where in the ad did it say this pricing was for people with 700+ credit score. After they ran my credit, said I wasn't qualified and decided to raise my price to almost 40k. I was hesitating to even want to buy the car at that point seeing this bait and switch game they are playing, but my wife really wanted it. After that come the financing part, which was fairly quick and they really tried to make the deal worked, even went as far as raising the price of my trade in car above the market price a bit, so kudo to the finance department. The sale guy also said they would detail my car as well, but the car was still as dirty like someone just had a sandwich in it. I hire people detailing my cars all the time so I know a car wasn't properly cleaned when I see one. They didn't even fill up my tank either like every other dealership would, only half full. Overall, if your credit good, or even half decent, or even have the cash, go somewhere else. There are other dealerships out there that would treat you right. These guys didn't honor the price they show on their ad, I feel like I was treated like a second class citizen. I would give these guys 1 one star but pumped it up another one because of the guy in finance really tried to help me out. More

After explaining to them we were pre-approved with our credit union and ready to purchase they allowed us to spend 2 hours deciding on a car only to say they refused to sell me if I didn’t let them financ credit union and ready to purchase they allowed us to spend 2 hours deciding on a car only to say they refused to sell me if I didn’t let them finance the deal. I would have let them shop rates for me however the way they handled the entire deal was very greedy and self serving for themselves. It was very clear they weren’t looking for a lifelong customer. They were looking for the next “sucker” to pad their pockets! I went to Toyota of Richardson and purchased the same exact car with less miles and a very pleasant experience. More
