Process was slow and arduous. I asked for racks that were inside the car to be place on the vehicle-it wasn't done. When the car was almost ready, the sales mngr and sales person I asked for racks that were inside the car to be place on the vehicle-it wasn't done. When the car was almost ready, the sales mngr and sales person attempted to place the racks on. It was found out that a piece was missing-after 30 minutes of the two trying to find the missing piece, there was not an additional solution offered-no we will order the piece, and come back in to fix, no we will order the piece and send it to you-just a-we'll shoot, we tried' attitude.
