We had a very disappointing experience, specifically with Hannah, who identified herself as the Finance Director. Instead of listening and trying to address our concerns professionally, we felt like we were being talked down to and treated as though our questions were an inconvenience. As customers making a major financial decision, we expected to be treated with basic respect and professionalism. Car advertised as excellent condition. Car has several issues and is one month later currently broke down with a failed alternator. Exhaust was cracked had to be rewelded. All of these on the inspection report I was given were listed as passed. The exhaust crack was directly at the x pipe leading me to believe this was ignored and the report is fudged and I was lied to. As mentioned before the alternator failed and the car is currently inoperable without risking getting stranded or risking misfires. I also still do not have my temporary tags even though I received a title complete notice. I requested an inspection Report. The reality of the state of the car and the report leads me to believe the books are cooked. Loui’s excuse is “the car is 18 years old” hand waving away my concerns. The buying experience was equally as bad. My sales lady was very dismissive seemed to not care I was here to purchase my dream car. Was regularly vaping the entire time I was buying the car, extremely unprofessional. And the vehicle upon arrival was unwashed and not out front, even though I had given 6 hours notice I would be coming from Denver to look at the car. The excuse was “I can’t drive manual” I’m sure there are several people you could have gotten within 6 hours to wash and pull the car around front. Nightmarish experience all around. The vehicle is a 2008 GT500 with 38k miles. The car has less than 800 miles since purchase. More
