I came into this dealership already knowing what was wrong with my car: it needed a software update. I clearly communicated this to the staff, yet they insisted on performing a “diagnosis” despite my ow wrong with my car: it needed a software update. I clearly communicated this to the staff, yet they insisted on performing a “diagnosis” despite my own scanner—and their technician—confirming there were no codes. What did this unnecessary “diagnosis” cost me? $240, only for them to tell me exactly what I had already told them. To add insult to injury, I specifically came to the dealership for recall fixes, which I know are supposed to be free. Yet, somehow, I was charged $240 for what should have been covered. This feels like nothing short of a scam. If this is how they operate, I’ll make sure others know about it—and I’m certain the Better Business Bureau will be interested in hearing the full story as well. More

They didn’t even put a sticker as any dealer would when I’m supposed to return for the next service. Also I mentioned to the service guy Fred that I spotted some leakage on front right side of vehicle and I’m supposed to return for the next service.
