Hard to say. I feel like I came on the wrong night cause of the coliseum across the street...traffic was terrible. Sales peeps are nice and hard working. We did run into an issue with trying to get access to the car I wanted cause it was blocked in and no one could find the keys to the car blocking it in. The sales man jose was awesome. However when we got yo to the second floor to sign papers, it was a completley diffrent treatment. Then finally getting help and our closing manager Gulalie Ansari out of 5 starts id give her a 1 star and thats because 0 stars is not an option. I was really dissapointed at the end when she helped.
