I took my Hyundai NEXO to the service center, and three days later, they called me to say that they didn't have the necessary authorization documents to repair the vehicle. This was a complete waste of my days later, they called me to say that they didn't have the necessary authorization documents to repair the vehicle. This was a complete waste of my time. In America, time = money, and as a customer, I shouldn't have to deal with such inconvenience. If a company causes inconvenience to its customers, it should compensate for it with a gesture. You send out customer satisfaction surveys to understand customer experiences, but the truth is, an unhappy customer is live advertisement for dissatisfaction. My advice to you: always value your customers and make them feel appreciated. The first step to achieving this is through employee training. Well-trained and knowledgeable employees improve customer satisfaction and help maintain the company’s reputation. Remember, customer experience is the most valuable investment a business can make. The only thing that made me happy throughout the process was the refreshments in your office. My children enjoyed them and were happy. Also, the employee handling our paperwork was very friendly and tried to assist us. However, at the end of the day, I had a service experience with no results. More

The overall experience was satisfactory. This marked the second occasion I had to bring my vehicle in for a recall. During my initial appointment, which was specifically scheduled for this p This marked the second occasion I had to bring my vehicle in for a recall. During my initial appointment, which was specifically scheduled for this purpose, the dealer was unable to perform the necessary updates due to a lack of the required software. It would have been beneficial if this information had been communicated at the time of scheduling. Fortunately, they had the software available during my second visit, and the update was completed successfully. However, I do have a concern regarding the air quality within the building. As someone with asthma, I found it troubling that an employee on the sales side was burning incense and dispersing smoke throughout the premises. This is particularly problematic for individuals with respiratory conditions. Given the cold weather, waiting outside was not a viable option, and the smoke exacerbated my lung irritation. I was grateful to have my inhaler on hand to assist with my breathing. It may be advisable for the dealership to consider sending out a communication regarding air quality and the potential impact on customers with respiratory issues. More

My car notified to service need so I call service department and make appointment after one week that was on February 29th 1.00 pm feb 28th they called me and confirmed my appointment too but when I department and make appointment after one week that was on February 29th 1.00 pm feb 28th they called me and confirmed my appointment too but when I go there the service team says no one informed them so that I have to stay 4 hrs if need to do after lots of discussion they put me to finance department I so them my service agreement for 2 years which charged me 4000 $ he says they do only beak down he didn’t understand service agreement is for service it’s not breakdown that’s coming under warranty.
