During my initial appointment, which was specifically scheduled for this purpose, the dealer was unable to perform the necessary updates due to a lack of the required software. It would have been beneficial if this information had been communicated at the time of scheduling. Fortunately, they had the software available during my second visit, and the update was completed successfully. However, I do have a concern regarding the air quality within the building. As someone with asthma, I found it troubling that an employee on the sales side was burning incense and dispersing smoke throughout the premises. This is particularly problematic for individuals with respiratory conditions. Given the cold weather, waiting outside was not a viable option, and the smoke exacerbated my lung irritation. I was grateful to have my inhaler on hand to assist with my breathing. It may be advisable for the dealership to consider sending out a communication regarding air quality and the potential impact on customers with respiratory issues. More
