My initial intention in going to Smithtown Toyota was to price a new Avalon then visit other dealerships for a comparison. I knew what my price should be and I knew what I wanted in the vehicle. More importantly, at no time did I feel that I was being pressured into a purchase. Everything was up front and straight forward. He has changed my view of car salesmen, for the better. My car was spotless upon delivery and Louis went over it in intricate detail for my wife and I.
