To whom it may concern: My wife and I drove to Bellevue, NE to purchase our new Tundra. The lack of product knowledge, as well as the lack of effort demonstrated by your sales representative to ge Bellevue, NE to purchase our new Tundra. The lack of product knowledge, as well as the lack of effort demonstrated by your sales representative to get us the truck we wanted, drove us to the internet. “No pun intended.” Your service department recently completed a 10k service on our Tundra. My experience throughout that process left me feeling dismissed and unappreciated. I understand the challenges your industry face. Although it has been 35 years, I was Honda sales representative in San Jose, Ca. The serious shortage of service technicians, compounded by the prices of new cars & trucks must make 100% customer satisfaction seem almost impossible. Should you still strive to achieve it? Great job with the actual repair/maintenance but your car rental/shuttle service was very poor. My car was there for 6 hours and I had to set up all my rides because I was told you only had 2 cars to rent an rental/shuttle service was very poor. My car was there for 6 hours and I had to set up all my rides because I was told you only had 2 cars to rent and they were gone and there was only one shuttle driver. This is unacceptable for a dealership as large as yours. More

The battery replacement was done within the time limit I was told. My main complaint here is from my initial visit (Sept 25) where my tires were rotated and new cabin filter installed -- I only discovered was told. My main complaint here is from my initial visit (Sept 25) where my tires were rotated and new cabin filter installed -- I only discovered the problem after this second visit (Oct 1) when I discovered I had a hard time opening and closing the glove compartment. My option was either driving all the way to back to Grimes (ie your service center) to get this fixed or head to my nearby garage to see if they could help me. I chose the latter option because I had no time nor the desire to waste my fuel. Upon unlocking the entire compartment, we discovered that the piece that locked in the new cabin filter had fallen out and dropped beneath the glove box, thereby causing my issue with opening and closing. The tech at the garage managed to fix everything and no charge was issued. So in essence I was provide subpar service over a simple replacement. You need to up your game with regard to providing a thorough and complete service to your customers, and maybe add a third option of "Maybe" in the previous question above. More

I have owned 7 Toyota’s and have had 4 of them serviced at Toyota of DSM. I have always received great service. I appreciate that the service department has never tried to “oversell” products or services n at Toyota of DSM. I have always received great service. Up front honesty goes along way with me and the reason that I service my vehicles with Toyota of DSM. More
