BMW of Bridgewater makes servicing my 5 series a pleasure. Lori Trimarco is courteous and responsive. My Service Advisor, Andrew Kleczyns, is exceptional! It's very comforting to know that the service and parts departments are as impressive as the Sales Department (Alexandre Hoebeke is my fantastic Client Advisor). I just wanted to put a review out that I’ve gotten multiple cars from this dealership, it’s been the best experience in buying cars I’ve ever had, and I bought a bunch, I will never buy another car fr multiple cars from this dealership, it’s been the best experience in buying cars I’ve ever had, and I bought a bunch, I will never buy another car from anywhere else, but once you buy the car then it goes to the parts and service department which is where you need to be treated right, I’ve dealt with Jeff the manager there who has gone above and beyond and treating my car better than his own or better than I even treat my own cars to get the job done right, I can’t say enough about how I’ve been treated how my car has been treated how they’ve always made it right I’ve never had an issue and the whole department which is ran by Jeff the manager is all the same, they are the greatest people to work with as far as getting your car fixed and being treated number one, this business and service department puts the customer first even before money,Like I said after the sale is the service that counts and I give them a 100 out of 100, and I’m a very picky person, Jeff and his crew have satisfied me more than I’ve ever expected, if anybody has any questions they can write me on this website and I will answer anything you have to say or questions you have, I highly recommend buying a car here and if you didn’t buy it here ,have it serviced at Bmw Bridgewater just ask for the service department or the manager of the service department and you’ll see exactly what I’m talking about, More

In search for a genuine and trustworthy service team for my BMW, I came across this BMW dealer about 2 years ago. This is my to go service location for my 12 bmw 328i. I drive about 2 hours from Delaware t my BMW, I came across this BMW dealer about 2 years ago. This is my to go service location for my 12 bmw 328i. I drive about 2 hours from Delaware to get my car serviced because of the exceptional service I always get from the service manager ( Jeff Defonseka ) and his amazing team. The distance is nothing when you know your car is getting fixed with such highly trained technicians. I am a highly satisfied customer and I would definitely recommend. More

Bridgewater BMW has been my service provider for the last 3 years. I trust Jeff Defonseka and his service team to service all of my vehicles needs.
