Bridgewater BMW has been my service provider for the last 3 years. I trust Jeff Defonseka and his service team to service all of my vehicles needs. They send me a video of the services preformed every time and provide clear explanations of the services that they are performing. Really an all-around solid experience with BMWoB. This is my third car with them and both ends of the process were smooth and accommodating from disposition of the old car to spec'ing and acquiring the new o my third car with them and both ends of the process were smooth and accommodating from disposition of the old car to spec'ing and acquiring the new one. This was a weird period with the pandemic protocols and the scarcity of new vehicles because of the chip shortage, but we were able to get a build-to-order car done with minimal difficulty and working largely over phone and email. Mark Ongsiako was patient and helpful throughout while I explored possibilities with two different BMW models and never felt pressured to go a certain direction or just take something off the lot so they could lower inventory. And special shout out to Jared Shepard for a drama-free lease return experience. More

I've been a customer here for 5 years. Had a 2014 328xi, a 2015 335xi, and now a2018 m550i. Came in for my regular scheduled maintenance oil change. The service advisor told me they couldn't do it because t a 2015 335xi, and now a2018 m550i. Came in for my regular scheduled maintenance oil change. The service advisor told me they couldn't do it because the trip computer said it wasnt due. Mind you, 5000 miles ago I paid for a oil change at this dealership to have my prevententive maintenance oil change done. They denied my oil change because the tech has reset scheduled maintenance light on the trip computer. Now Im stuck paying for two oil change ($200 ea)!!!! Nobody tried to apologized or try to fix the mistake. BMW of Bridgewater will never service my BMWs EVER again. More

I brought my car in for a tune up and Nick from service was very attentive and customer service oriented. He was a straight shooter and got my service done very quickly and provided it back running in tip was very attentive and customer service oriented.
