Here is my experience with BMW of Bridgewater: Wonderful, Above and Beyond Service, Honesty, Integrity, Knowledgeable, Simply Amazing Experience Hi, My name is George Maxwell, I originally wanted to have Above and Beyond Service, Honesty, Integrity, Knowledgeable, Simply Amazing Experience Hi, My name is George Maxwell, I originally wanted to have Bmw of Bridgewater fix my tire that had blown out on my 328i, I also decided to get some other repairs fixed as well well, turns it was a bad day for my 328i, The Bmw techs found multiple issues with the car and texted me videos of the diagnostics showing me truly how bad the problems were, those videos were very helpful, I called the Bmw after watching the videos that and spoke to Monika,(Monika was truthful and very helpful) she told me that my 328i was in really bad condition, she was very honest and sincere about what I should do about it, She even transferred me to the tech manger, The tech manager went over every issue they found and was very knowledgeable with his assessment and made me realize the hard truth that fixing my car wasn't financially the right way to go,(tech manger was knowledgeable, and gave me the right information which helped me make a informed decision) I loved my car, It was a hard decision to not repair my 328i but I felt the BMW gave me a lot information and was honest with me about the state of my car which helped me make the right decision So, now needed a new car, And because of how well I felt I was treated with my 328i problem, I knew I didn't want to go anywhere else to purchase my next car My client advisor was Manjula Biju, She was beyond amazing, courteous, knowledgeable, honest and went above and beyond to help me purchase the right BMW model that fit me, during the whole process from choosing the model to the financing she made me feel at ease and comfortable I truly give Manjula 11 stars I love my new car *!!!* (2020 228i Xdrive Grand Coupe) More
