This is the first time I have used this service. They came and picked up my truck and brought it back to me. Great Experience as usual! Kelli was ready for me when I arrived and got right back on the road. I was dropping off my Raptor and picked up my super duty. She had the super duty waiting in the service drive for me. Kelli, Amanda and Lorena all understand that my time is valuable. I have tried to go to the Ford dealership in Pearland and was told to just drop it off and that they would get to it when they could. They didn't care how many vehicles or that it was a business. It is worth the the time to drive to Humble because of the respect for my time. The last question in the survey should be omitted because I will never buy a vehicle from you again! More
