They are friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. I wouldn't go anywhere else to purchase or lease a vehicle. Rudy was very patient with us through this process, and Logan gave us a great trade-in which made this lease a very smart choice. Tom explained all the details on leasing and the process. Everyone was so kind, and the Service Department was very quick to assess our prior vehicle. My salesman, Rafael, was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and treated me with respect. I feel like I got a great car at a great price. There was no going back-and-forth haggling over the price, and they gave me a fair price for my trade-in, the whole process went very smoothly. On the day I picked up the car, Rafael took me around to all the other departments at the dealership. Each department gave me a small gift thanking me for buying my car from them! I would highly recommend Garavel Subaru . They even gave me a toy, a chewbaru, for my dog! More

We had a great experience from start to finish purchasing our Forester at Garavel Subaru. The team there is awesome! Stephen was great! The service department was able to obtain the hitch and install it the very next day! On Monday, we picked up the car with the hitch already installed!!! No return visit needed!
