They dealership worked with me and gave me what I thought was fair in light of all the repairs. They also put me in a great used vehicle. My husband is/was a die hard Ford fan and was in the hunt for a new truck. Lloyd was patient and explained all the differences on the different Chevy models available. We test drove multiple vehicles and finally decided to purchase a 2019 Colorado , Red Line Package. We were given a tour of the dealerships, introduced to the service area and staff (cleanest maintenance area I have ever seen). We were also given a tech lesson on how to operate the new system. Low pressure atmosphere made this a pleasurable experience overall. We really would recommend Lloyd as he is am outstanding salesman. Thanks More

I hate the feeling of going into a car dealership (generally speaking) as there always seems to be that pressure that sales people try to put on you. Not this time! Everyone, from the general manager (who introduced himself to us) down to the service people were all very easy going and pleasant to deal with. This is the best experience that I have ever had at a dealership purchasing a new vehicle. I highly recommend them if you are in the market for a good car buying experience . From start to finish everyone was pleasant to work with. My initial contact was with a salesman named Jason Wilde who sent me a video and pictures of the equinox I was interested in. He didn’t blow my phone up which I appreciate. I was running late to my appointment with him so I was helped as soon as I arrived by another salesman named Lloyd. I came in frustrated and guarded due to a bad experience at a different dealership the day before which I shared with Lloyd. He was very professional and laid back in his approach of explaining how five star does business. When I was hesitant he wasn’t pushy. In fact he was quite patient and understanding of my disposition. when it time to test drive he pulled the car as close to the entry door as possible so that the rain didn’t mess up my hair :) Lloyd was thorough with showing me the car and suggested test driving on the highway and bumpy roads so I could get the full experience of what the equinox can do. I appreciated that. I decided to purchased and then I worked with another Jason in finance. He was very nice and helpful and laid back. Jason made everything smooth and calm with finance and was able to get me the lowest rate I’ve ever got in a car. I was shocked!! Afterwards the other Jason helped me set up onstar and gave me other useful information. Overall I am very pleased with everyone I dealt with yesterday and would highly recommend these guys. 5 STAR ALL THE WAY AROUND!!! Could not be happier with the truck & the dealership. i was shopping online & found a couple trucks. left my info on the website & within 15-20 min i Could not be happier with the truck & the dealership. i was shopping online & found a couple trucks. left my info on the website & within 15-20 min i received a phone call from Lloyd & from that Monday until Friday when i went to pick up the truck. I'm from west Texas about 5 hours away & because i couldn't just run up to the dealership Lloyd was very helpful with everything from sending pictures videos of the trucks to the paperwork for my bank. I can not thank him & his team enough for the smooth & painless transaction. when i got there on Friday they had everything ready for me & had me in & out so that i could get back on the road home. I most definitely will be back to get my wife & kids there new vehicles & will be spreading the word to anyone i know looking for the best deal. Thank you guys again so much. More
