Come to find out it was something major that I did I came to the dealer to get my car checked after the check engine light had been on for a few days. Come to find out it was something major that I didn’t have the money for. After some thought, I made the decision to trade it in and get a new car. They dealership worked with me and gave me what I thought was fair in light of all the repairs. They also put me in a great used vehicle. My husband is/was a die hard Ford fan and was in the hunt for a new truck. Lloyd was patient and explained all the differences on the different Chevy models available. We test drove multiple vehicles and finally decided to purchase a 2019 Colorado , Red Line Package. We were given a tour of the dealerships, introduced to the service area and staff (cleanest maintenance area I have ever seen). We were also given a tech lesson on how to operate the new system. I hate the feeling of going into a car dealership (generally speaking) as there always seems to be that pressure that sales people try to put on you. Not this time! Everyone, from the general manager (who introduced himself to us) down to the service people were all very easy going and pleasant to deal with. This is the best experience that I have ever had at a dealership purchasing a new vehicle. I highly recommend them if you are in the market for a good car buying experience .
