Quick, Easy and Courteous I am no different than most of the people, that is, I love the idea of a new car but hate the car buying process. I was recommended to Five Star I am no different than most of the people, that is, I love the idea of a new car but hate the car buying process. I was recommended to Five Star Chevrolet by a fruend. Thr friend called aheadd to the salesman to let them know that I was in the market for a new vehicle. Within minutes of that phone call the salesman called me and asked what would be a good time for me to come. At that point, I laid it on the line. I told Lloyd, the salesman that I worked with, that I wasn't excited about the process I don't have a lot of time, I'm a busy person and I don't have hours to sit in a dealership. He assured me that I would not have to sit long only to do the standard credit application. He was right I got to the dealership I talked with him for a few minutes told him what I was looking for and then hit him with the bombshell that I had a challenging situation. We talked over the particulars and my salesman Lloyd assured me that it was a situation that could be effortlessly handled. He was right. In short order I was provided with quick and efficient service but more than that the salesperson listened to what it was that I wanted and made the effort to deliver and make me happy. It is, in fact, one of the best car buying experiences that I have had. I recommend to anyone Five Star Chevrolet and Lloyd Facen as the salesperson. I also can't say enough about the manager that I worked with Billy Bohrmann. He came over shook my hand, just showed a genuine affection. And you know the best part? I got a great deal! More

Big Thank you to Lloyd and Billy! It was late, I've received a phone call from salesman Lloyd. My wife and I were going to see Clay Cooley Chevy for second time inquiring on Chevy Trax It was late, I've received a phone call from salesman Lloyd. My wife and I were going to see Clay Cooley Chevy for second time inquiring on Chevy Trax. Lloyd said "do me a favor, stop on by and let me see what we can do for you" Lloyd NEVER promised me anything. Lloyd was so humble and down to earth on the phone that we agreed to stop by to see him first. When we got to the dealership, the Chevy Trax was already parked upfront and ready prior to our arrival. Ill be honest, we went to 8 different dealership (met fake salesman, high pitch sales) and Lloyd by far was a different type of BREED. we went for a test drive, he answered all of our questions, but most importantly Lloyd and Billy beat the competition offer (Clay Cooley Chevy). The offer we received was SOO GOOOD we signed the lease at 9:00pm. The service we received was exceptional. I cannot praise enough the quality to detail, and service we have received. Heres the best part, two days later Ive received a phone call from Omar (Clay Cooley Chevy), Omar and Jose were unable to match the price. Thank you Lloyd and Billy for going above and beyond! Note about Billy: he's blunt and says it like it is , he's straight forward and that's EXACTLY what we were looking for, thank you for your HONESTY! kudos to Lloyd and Billy ! More

Research showed the Malibu should work, but he was reluctant to consider a Chevy. Lloyd greeted us right away and was so friendly and helpful that he won over my reluctant husband. We were both pleasantly surprised at how nice the Malibu was: roomy, smooth ride, and nice engine. Husband did online research for prices and realized he was being offered a great deal. Lloyd and everyone at Five Star was great. This was honestly the most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had. More
