To be quite honest. My experience with my sales representative Lloyd Facen and General Manager Alan Brown was hands down the best experience I have ever had when it comes to purchasing a vehicle. Mr. Facen took care of me and my wife exceptionally well through the whole process. He was with us every step of the way and was quick and informative with every question I had. Second of all you, generally don't see GM's taking the time to meet with you especially when you know you have a flight coming up in the next hour or so, and time is of the essence. It's seems you only see upper management when the deal is done. They give you and good handshake and tell you thank you and be done with it. But not Alan Brown! Definitely a different breed right there! Much respect for that man. He did the opposite. Took the time to show me the car, took me for and amazing test drive and explained everything in detail about this car. Overall I just want to say that you have an amazing team at Five Star Chevrolet! I not only purchased an amazing car from you guys but also gained two new friends.
