Lloyd made sure I was heard and got me exactly what I wanted, actually a better deal and truck than I had went in for originally. They are fast, thorough, and have top notch service all around. The dealership is clean and they answer all question you have without making you feel stupid. I was done in less than 3 hours and that was with finance and all! Finance department is amazing as well. A+ Experience Stopped at this dealership a few minutes after closing. Was walking the lot just browsing when Michael Leatherwood, Customer Services Manager, stoppe Stopped at this dealership a few minutes after closing. Was walking the lot just browsing when Michael Leatherwood, Customer Services Manager, stopped by as he was leaving to go home. He told us the dealership was closed but feel free to look around and to call him first thing in the morning if we see something we liked. We did just that. He then put us in touch with one of his top salespersons, Lloyd Facen. Lloyd called and got the specifics in what we were in search of. Once he got that information he later sent a personally made video of the exact vehicle we wanted. He told us to come in and he would not stop working for us until we got the deal we wanted.
